FFiL Śnieżka SA was awarded in the ninth edition of the Pearls of the Polish Economy ranking in the category "Big Pearls". The this award was presented during a gala held on the 28th November in the Grand Theatre in Warsaw.

The companies that are considered to be Pearls of the Polish Economy are the most profitable and best performing entities, while their financial standing is subject to expert assessment of the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) in a strict, completely computerised procedure.

Śnieżka was once again awarded for responsible implementation of company policy and strategy and for maintaining a leading position among the most dynamic and effective companies in the Podkarpackie region as well as in Poland.

The ranking Pearls of the Polish economy prepared by the Polish Market magazine is based on a methodology and indicators covering the entire spectrum of company operations and the position in the ranking depends not only on the size of the company measured by the total income but also its effectiveness, dynamics and financial liquidity.
About 2000 companies are taken into consideration for this ranking. Honorary patronage is conducted by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, Waldemar Pawlak, and the President of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Prof. MIchał Kleiber.
