On 5th December 2005, the Powder Paints and Varnishes Plant Ltd in Bytów, which is one of the ŚNIEŻKA CAPITAL GROUP plants, started its own production of powder paints with the trade name PROXIMAL.
Today we are able to make powder paints and varnishes using epoxide resins, mixtures of polyester and epoxide resins, polyester resins, and in the near future polyurethane resins. We started work on the systematic development of basic colours in the RAL system. Our technology enables us to manufacture the above-mentioned paints in a "frost" and smooth form taking into consideration the texture of the surface, in various degrees of gloss, and also produce metallic paints, antique, and translucent varnishes.
Paints in our offer are aimed at metals, iron and coloured, including aluminium, for glass, pottery and ABS. They are specifically geared towards coats for painting agricultural machinery and typical industrial coats, such as radiators, gas cylinders, wrought products, bicycle products, etc. Every paint and every customer is treated in a completely individual way depending on the type of application.
The waiting time for developing a recipe in case of possessed raw materials is 2 weeks. We are able to make paints according to the above-mentioned technology in the quantity of minimum 5 kg to many-tonne seies. The product is offered in standard packaging: 5, 20 kg, and 25 kg (glued carton and foil bag).
