Mr Piotr Mikrut is a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków (Faculty of Management). He completed his studies in 1995, earning a cum laude degree. He started in the profession as the Marketing Department Manager in CHEMAL s.c. (CHEMAL civil law company) that later evolved into Fabryka Farb i Lakierów (FFiL) ŚNIEŻKA SA (“ŚNIEŻKA” Paints and Varnishes Plant Ltd.). He was involved with that company from 1995 to 1997. From 1997, he held the post of the President of the Management Board in 2M Sp. z o.o. He was also one of the company’s shareholders. 2M's business focus is the import and distribution of the top-quality paint brands: DRYLOK and ZAR, both manufactured in the United States by United Gilsonite Laboratories. Since March 30th, 2004, Mr Mikrut has been the President of the Managing Board of FFiL Śnieżka SA.

Mr Witold Waśko is a graduate of the Rzeszów University of Technology, holding a degree of mechanical engineer in aviation. Mr Waśko also holds a post-graduate diploma from the Małopolska School of Marketing and Management, with a major in accounting and finance. In 2002, following a successful state exam, he became a statutory auditor. In the course of his career, he completed numerous professional training courses, including the budgeting course delivered by Nord Controlling, the financial planning course delivered by “Pator”, and also other quality management and HR management courses.
Mr Witold Waśko's professional experience comprises of the following:
- 1989-1991 WSK PZL Mielec (Transport Equipment Manufacturing Company - Polish Aviation Company Mielec) – Technical Officer;
- 1992-1994 P.P.H.U. “Chemal” s.c. (“Chemal” Manufacturing-Sales-Service Company, civil law company) – Accountant/IT;
1994-1998 Fabryka Farb i Lakierów “Chemal” s.c. (“Chemal” Paint and Varnishes Plant) – Financial Director
- 1998-2003 our Company – Director for Economics and a Member of the Managing Board.
April 1st 2005, up to now – Vice-President of the Managing Board of FFiL Śnieżka SA.

Mrs Joanna Wróbel-Lipa is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice (major course: Management and Marketing). Between June 2003 and October 2004, she attended the Post-Graduate Studies (“Advanced Certificate in Marketing) at the Business Development Institute (IRB).
She started her career in May 2000, in FFiL ŚNIEŻKA SA, as the Marketing Specialist. Between August 2003 and December 2004, she was employed as the Marketing Department Manager, while between January 2005 and July 2006 she held the position of the Deputy Sales Director responsible for marketing. In August 2006, Mrs Joanna Wróbel-Lipa assumed the position of Sales Director and the Company Proxy. In December 2007, she was appointed to the Managing Board of FFiL Śnieżka SA, where she has sat as a Member up to the present day.

Mrs Walentyna Ochab holds an Economics Masters degree. She is a graduate of the Economics Department at the Lvov Institute of Trade and Economics (subject: Business Economics and Sales Management).The milestones of Mrs Walentyna Ochab's career include:
-    1993-1995 Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) in Dębica;
-    1995-1998 Zakłady Tworzyw Sztucznych “ERG” w Pustkowie S.A. (Plastic Works “ERG”, joint stock company in Pustków) – Marketing Specialist;
-    1998 up to now, FFiL Śnieżka SA – Export Specialist, Export Manager and Director for Foreign Relations (since July 1st, 2004).Moreover, since August 25th, 2004 she has held a post of the Company Proxy. In December 2007, she was appointed to the Managing Board of FFiL Śnieżka
