In order to fully satisfy the needs of a growing market Śnieżka has invested in the development of production and logistics almost from the outset of its activity. The variety of actions include a systematic expansion of warehousing areas, increasing production capacities, exchange or modernization of machinery and means of transport, updating of Information Technology systems, modernization of infrastructure, roads, grounds, sewage systems, water and power supply systems. The rationale for these actions is not only gradually growing sales but ensuring the quality of manufactured goods, optimization of costs, and reducing the emission of harmful substances into the environment. A big part of financial resources is also invested in organization and equipment of company shops operating in the Śnieżka Colour Centre chain.

• 2001 – modernization and extension of oil paints department P-2
• 2001/02 – high bay storage warehouse in Brzeźnica
• 2002 – high bay storage warehouse in Lubzina
• 03.2002 – open a new office building in Brzeźnica
• 2003 – installation for production of loose products in Pustków
• Purchase of half of shares in HADROKOR Włocławek Company
• 03.2003 – a hundredth Śnieżka Colour Centre company shop
• 07.2002 – four hundredth Colouring System machine
• 10.2002 – updating of computer equipment (servers) and computer network (optic fibres)
• 12.2002 – start-up of an integrated computer system for company management of MRPII class based on ORACLE technology
• 08.2003 – high bay storage warehouse in Pustków
• 11.2003 – embedding the cornerstone for the new oil paints department P-2
